they offered me 8.50$ and midway through the training i realized with the workload and ratio it wasn't worth it to me, i just wanted something to do before i started nursing school so it wasn't a big deal. beware, during the orientation they will tell u that the training is self paced, it is not! there are deadlines that u need to meet almost daily and they start that same day of orientation, and they will hound u about them through slack. but hi, yes i did my interview and got hired but i quit during the training. I've been waiting for someone to ask this cause some people are a lil too tight lipped about these things for me lol. the experience of learning more about the medical field as a pre-med student was nice but its not worth the pressure they put on you. Im only here to finish out the required 6 months and by summer, ill hopefully have a new job. we just had secondary training and the training we did is not applicable to what you do on a daily basis. the whole ratio thing is so stupid because you have to sacrifice a quality note to meet the requirements. they're pretty flexible with hours but say youre a student and have a school break, they won't let you pick up hours. You have to work 15 hours minimum a week whether youre part time or full time. they said that they provide iPads to those who need it but im not sure how true that is. i lucked out since i already have a macbook. you have to have a mac product (macbook, iPad or mac desktop) to work at this place. i see at least 20-30 messages a day in the group chat saying that the app isn't working or crashed. The app is still a WIP so there's a lot of technical difficulties. Ive been working for them for almost four months and i gotta say, its an interesting experience.
